Appointment to Iraq Study Group

So who has repalced Robert Gates in the Iraq Study Group? None other than Lawrence Eagleburger. Eagleburger joined the Nixon administration in 1969, where he served as an assistant to Henry Kissinger. During this time, they embarked on the 'Cambodian Incursion'. And who is one of Bush's closest advisors? Henry Kissinger. According to Bob Woodward, Kissinger is:

'almost like a member of the family. If he is in town he can call up and if the President's free he will see him.'

I wonder what kind of policy recommendations the Group will make when allies of Kissinger are involved?
