More Devil Talk......

As predicted, the far-right got their knickers in a twist over Chavez's comments yesterday. Of course, USS Neverdock got in on the action:

US - Video: Chavez flips out at the UN

Hot Air has the video.

As Glenn notes:

'I can't help but feel that the Chavez and Ahmadinejad speeches are likely to benefit the Republicans this election cycle, by reminding people of what's out there.'

"Wow. With one speech, eagerly applauded, Hugo Chavez did more today to show what’s wrong with the United Nations than some of us have managed in years of gumshoe reporting."

Of course, they don't like populist leaders who say what just about every sane person is thinking. They also don't like leaders with personalities and that think for themselves. They prefer puppets controlled by the interests of big business because, after all, they are interested in protecting the elites, not the people.

So, let's see the kind of leader they hate:

And the kind of leader they like:

Now which one sounds like a normal human being who knows what they are talking about? Answers on a postcard.....
