There are reports that the government is thinking of watering down the Freedom of Information Act. Apparently some of the requests are 'vexatious'. Why bother having a Freedom of Information Act if you are going to decide what information is released and what is kept secret? I am sure that has nothing to do with some of the embarrassing revelations about the government that we have had recently, right?
