Moussaoui Escapes Death Penalty

I feel a sense of relief that he is not going to become a martyr after having a limited role in events (how great would that have been for him? Being a martyr after telling lies). However, it does make me wonder if this had any bearing on the decision. I suspect the US government will find some scapegoat somewhere that takes the focus off of them. Perhaps the liberal media, who knows.......
