Everybody Be Cool This Is A Robbery....

Well, I guess this should have come as no surprise, Ban Ki-moon was the preferred choice of the Bu$h administration. His first real statement of intent for the UN has come at a timely moment. Just when many people around the world were questioning the wisdom of the death penalty, particularly in reaction to the orgasmic response in the White House, Mr Ki-moon defends the rights of the state to murder it's citizens. Despite the organisations supposed opposition to the death penalty, Ki-moon had this to say:

Really?? So it is up to the individual state to decide whether they wish to murder alleged criminals?? I bet that serial murderer Bush is creaming his pants at the prospect of continuing to execute every motherfucking last one of them (actually, has anyone thought that the relationship between Honey Bunny and Pumpkin is rather like that of the US and the UK?? Honey Bunny is crowd control, Pumpkin looks after the 'employees' - just a thought).

Sadly, this is a sign that another nail has been hammered into the coffin of the UN. It's authority has been seriously compromised for many years now, mainly down to the continued interference of the US and her client states. Mr Ki-moon has made it quite clear that when it comes to justice, he is on the side of the Western powers and not on the side of the people. The UN is heading down the orad of being nothing more than a rubber stamp for oppressive, US foreign policy.
