Increased Congestion Charge for 4x4s

So owners of 4x4s are going to face a £25 congestion charge? This doesn't go far enough. Anyone in a suburban neighborhood who owns a 4x4 should pay at least 50% of the purchase value of the car in tax every year and at least a £100 congestion charge. Maybe then we will see these environment killers off our roads.
