Statistics of the Day

My two favourite statistics of the day:

36% of Americans said Bush was doing a good job, his lowest rating yet.

The best one, however, is from a question clearly designed by the Daily Mail to get a particular front page story:

"Should failed asylum seekers be locked up?"

35% said yes, but 65% said no. Even the Daily Mail's own readership isn't as right-wing as the paper!
