More Tales of Woe from Guantanamo Bay

I know I seem to be banging on about this at the moment, but I cannot stress how awful the situation is at the moment regarding respect for human rights and the Geneva convention. A 19 year old boy, who was just 15 when captured, has claimed he will boycott his trial due to inhumane treatment. He has been kept in solitary confinement for no known reason and his defence team's work has been severely handicapped by the tribunal. Not to mention the fact that is against International Law to try a minor for such crimes. Now, remind me what 'Dr' John Reid was talking about....changing the rules I think....maybe this is why???
